Yahoo! partnered with Wize Commerce to enhance its product offering throughout its European shopping vertical. Yahoo! is the premier digital media company offering a wide variety of cross-platform products and services, including Yahoo! Search, Yahoo! Mail, Yahoo! News, Yahoo! Sports, and Yahoo! Finance. Their content manages to reach over 700 million Internet users around the globe.

What we did

Using our in-house engineering team and patented technologies, Wize Commerce built five new Yahoo! co-brand websites by mirroring our own Nextag sites in key European countries – UK & Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.

Then, by using our Channel Optimization platform, Demand Forecasting technology and SEM expertise, we were able to identify the most effective shopping-related keywords and the relevant search results for these keywords. This helped to increase shopping traffic at Yahoo! by over 40% and resulted in more than a 2X improvement in monetization.

Our industry-leading database of high performing, multi-lingual keywords enabled us to build, implement and maintain this project at a huge scale and across many international markets.
